Fear Itself - A PGSM RP Just Starting

I thought I would mention a new message board style, PGSM role play starting up very soon.

Fear Itself, is an Post Special Act RPG. This means most of the things that happened in all the anime series are irrelevant and we’ll be creating our own pathways. This is your chance to take your favorite character and do what you will with them (staying within canon as a guideline, of course). Can you head towards and re-do some of the things that happened in the manga? Sure can. Can you take it in a completely different direction? You bet.



The game is set three years post that final run in with Mio and everyone affliated with the Sailor Senshi are keeping a low profile life. Usagi and Mamoru are happily married and are well on their way to expecting Chiba-usa. Usagi herself if roughly 4 months along. Minako is busy promoting her latest album ‘Setsunakute Ii,’ and as a result is constantly touring all over the world. She’s currently in Japan on a month vacation and is enjoying catching up with her friends. Makoto working with Motoki has finally opened that flower shop she’s been wanting and they’re still currently planning their own wedding. Rei now a certified Priestess took over her grandfather’s job at the temple since his passing and has been doing really well. She writes back and forth with Minako and chats occasionally with Usagi. The only one who hasn’t really had much of contact is Ami – who is doctor over in the United States.

However when a strange sets of murder victims start showing up in around the area that she works in, Ami is hesitant to call back to Japan and worry her friends. But as the victim toll starts to rise and new evidence arises that causes Ami to suspect that this is a natural death, she is forced to bring her friends up to speed. If something is trying to take over earth again, they needed to figure out a way to stop it. In only a matter of weeks since Ami first made the call back to Japan, stranger things start to happen. People are growing irritable, talking to themselves like they were seeing things. If not acted upon soon, a city wide paranoia could break loose.

If this weren’t bad enough, the Chicago incident was only one. Soon events of similar nature start happening all over the world, increasing the paranoia to unheard of extremes, the Sailor Senshi must figure out who or what is behind this act before more people die from their fears becoming reality.

With all this going on, magic unwinding, and powers beyond imagine slowly revealing themselves, who knows what is real and what is imagination? What was the original and what was just a clone? Is this dream or reality? Awake or asleep? Do any of them even really exist, anyway?
